We offer keynotes and trainings for professionals in high-stress environments on the three building blocks of sustainable peak productivity.

Keynotes

In our keynotes, we deliver the foundations of deep focus optimization, deep sleep optimization and sustainable stress optimization.

Our keynotes include Q&A sessions and handouts that help participants implement the recommended practices.

Trainings

In our trainings, we delve deep into deep focus optimization, deep sleep optimization and sustainable stress optimization.

Our trainings contain interactive elements and in-depth support in implementing the recommended practices.

A Few Places We’ve Spoken

Speaking Topics

Deep Focus Optimization

According to a study by McKinsey & Company, bringing up the share of our time at work spent in deep focus (or “flow”) each week from 5% (the average) to 20% increases our overall productivity by 100%. In a 40-hour week, this means getting our time in deep focus from 24 minutes (5%) up to 60-90 minutes (20%) per day. Against this background, the most productive people prioritize one 90-minute session of deep focus a day. Deep Focus Optimization is our science-based and battle-tested approach for doing just that – even on the busiest schedule.

Deep Sleep Optimization

Regardless of whether we get sufficient sleep or not, 85% of us feel tired in the morning and throughout the day. The reason: not enough deep sleep. To thrive at work and life, we need to get 90 minutes of deep sleep a night. This increases our focus and productivity by 150% and is vital for preventing us from moving from the realm of “good”, acute stress into that of “bad”, chronic stress. As as result, sufficient quality sleep is the foundation of our sustained physical and mental health, productivity and resilience. Deep Sleep Optimization is our science-based and battle-tested approach for building that foundation.

Sustainable Stress Optimization

When asked about stress, most people think of exhaustion or burnout. Yet, these are results of only one form of stress: chronic stress. It’s the “bad” type of stress that occurs over long durations. If not dealt with appropriately, chronic stress ultimately turns into burnout. Acute stress is different. It’s our body’s natural response to a challenging situation. It’s the “good” type of stress that gives us the energy we need to live up to the demands upon us. It primes our system for faster, better and sharper cognition and increases our focus and cognitive performance by 100%. Against this background, Sustainable Stress Optimization is our science-based and battle-tested approach to make stress work for us instead of against us.
